To scientifically formulate the outline of Shunde District’s “15th Five-Year Plan” and accurately identify the direction of industrial development, on June 25, Shunde District Development and Reform Bureau, together with the Comprehensive Development Research Institute, formed a 10-member professional inspection team to conduct in-depth research at Xinshuo Technology, exploring the development path under the complex international situation with the enterprise.
On the day of the inspection, Xie Chuanhe, Deputy General Manager of Xinshuo Technology, and Li Zhou, Director of Science and Technology Innovation, led the team to receive the visitors warmly. At the meeting, Li Zhou, Director of Science and Technology Innovation, first gave a comprehensive introduction to the enterprise’s development history and main business, focusing on key information such as R&D investment and market layout in the past three years, especially the technological advantages in the field of automation equipment. The research team carried out detailed and targeted inquiries based on the research outline for the “15th Five-Year Plan”. Every question directly pointed to the pain points of enterprise development, ranging from the cost composition of the industrial chain links, the regional distribution of suppliers, specific measures for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, to the practical difficulties encountered by the enterprise in financing, talent cultivation, and industry-university-research cooperation.
Among them, Liang Shupei, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Shunde District Development and Reform Bureau, emphasized that enterprises should accurately grasp the trend of global industrial chain adjustment, increase efforts in key core technology research, and deepen regional industrial collaborative development. At the same time, the research team promised to systematically sort out the enterprise’s demands to provide a basis for optimizing policy support.
This research adhered to the principle of “clarifying facts, addressing problems, stating difficulties, and focusing on demands”, collecting valuable front-line enterprise experience and demands for the formulation of Shunde’s “15th Five-Year Plan”.
