On July 3, the expert demonstration meeting on the 2025-level professional talent training programs of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Shunde Liang Qiuju Vocational School was held in the school’s smart classroom. Kaishuo Technology, relying on its advantages in gathering and cultivating comprehensive industrial talents in robot and mold R&D and design, numerical control programming and processing, mold and robot installation, debugging, and maintenance, was invited to participate for the second consecutive year. At the meeting, in accordance with the national training standards for secondary vocational professional talents and combined with actual productivity, together with other experts from universities and enterprises, it reviewed the talent training programs for four majors in the school: industrial robots, mechatronics, numerical control, and mold.
As one of the first batch of industry-education integration enterprises in Guangdong Province, Kaishuo Technology, especially to deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, further improve the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism, innovate the training model of technical and skilled talents, and promote the pilot work of the national modern apprenticeship system in Foshan, jointly registered and established “Foshan Qiushuo Kaijie Intelligent Manufacturing Public Training Center” with Shunde Liang Qiuju Vocational School as early as 2020 under the supervision and management of Foshan Education Bureau. Up to now, it has completed the training of more than 200 students.
Through its in-depth participation in the expert demonstration meeting on professional talent training programs of Shunde Liang Qiuju Vocational School in the past two years, Kaishuo Technology has further strengthened the “stickiness” of school-enterprise cooperation with the school, which is conducive to carrying out talent training work from the concept of “top-level design”, thus taking the initiative in industry-education integration.
