Shinsho’s unparalleled production capabilities set a new standard in mold manufacturing. We are dedicated to investing in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and processes to guarantee that our products remain at the forefront of precision, efficiency, and reliability in the industry.
- We have an annual production capacity of 500 sets of large and medium-sized injection molds and 8 million injection-molded products. The mold business has implemented a manufacturing execution system (MES) to digitally streamline the entire production process, including order management, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Our facility boasts 19 precision injection molding machines, ranging from 60T to 1300T, along with 100% fully automated robotic coverage and multiple fully automated production lines.
- We are equipped with 16 FFG and Dahlih CNC machining centers, 4 Shanghai Han Spark EDM machines, and 2 Fanuc copper machines.
